The 3rd Annual
Women Veterans and Women in the Military Veterans Day Weekend Contest
National Resource Society for Women Veterans (NRSWV) has joined Women Veterans Interactive in celebrating women of the military. Many female veterans will attend, but unfortunately, financial circumstances may prevent others. For this year's event, the NRSWV will sponsor, for free, two women veterans to attend.
Makeovers, and clothing will be provided. We want to celebrate YOU! If you're experiencing a hardship and would like to attend, send us an email at...[email protected] ...and tell us your story of inspiration.
We want to know who or what has inspired you, and how are you going to use that to inspire other women veteran. Submissions must be submitted during October 19 – 21, 2014.
We appreciate everyone's desire to attend and everyone's efforts share to your story with us. We'll choose two candidates to attend the Maryland event from the stories we receive. If not chosen, know that we care deeply about your personal journey.

Women veterans and women presently serving in the military are invited to attend, network and
celebrate their service and sacrifice for the nation.

Any institutions or organizations who actively supporting, or wanting to learn more about how they
can support are invited to attend.
- Corporations, Federal agencies or any business entity that want to learn more about the challenges that face women who are actively serving, women veterans and those who are transitioning from military to civilian life.

Any person or entity who wishes to show their support for the women who have served their
country with distinction, honor and bravery.
- Don't miss two days and one night of empowerment, education and entertainment. Two cocktail receptions and five gourmet meals will be served at the Sunset Room...compliments of Wolfgang Puck.
