Christy Sanchez Candidate for Judge  Marries Jay Serrano 

On Saturday  November 16, 2013, Christy Sanchez and Jay Serrano exchanged their wedding vows in the Melbourne Beach Chapel at 3:00PM.  Immediately following a reception ceremony was held at the Hilton Rialto in Melbourne, in celebration of their new life , along  with Family and Friends.  What a glorious time!  Love had certainly filled the air.  The message in prayer was inspiring and heart warming!  The music was wonderful for everyone of all ages, and the DJ was educational and entertaining.  I must say he even walked us through the Electric Slide and more.  Everyone was dancing and rejoicing for the Holy Matrimony of two wonderful people. The Bride, Christy Sanchez looked absolutely stunning, and Jay was glowing with admiration and love for his new bride.  It was a wonderful time for all.  God has certainly blessed them both.  In the midst of all the energy and excitement, they didn’t forget to acknowledge each and every guest at every table.    

How the two managed to squeeze in a wedding with their busy lifestyles is beyond me.  Christina, a practicing Attorney who runs her own Law Firm in Melbourne is running for Judge.  Where she finds the time, one will never know.  But it is true, she is running for Judge in the 18^th Circuit Court, Group 23.  If elected, Christy Sanchez will be the first Hispanic woman to hold that position.  If you haven’t had the privilege to meet Christy Sanchez, you should make it a point to do so.  She is inspiring, determined and has the ability to serve with great honor and dignity!

 One might say you must have the right temperament for the job, well Christy certainly appears to have all the necessary attributes to handle a very important position as a Judge.  One can also say, she certainly appears to be more than capable of handling her busy life and making time for her loving husband.  Jay who has only been met briefly is one of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meet.  He is ambitious, supportive and very out going.  A few minutes together with him and Christina and you will know that this is a match made in heaven.  Jay will make you feel very comfortable in just moments.  His is very easy to talk to and he has an out going personality that will just warm the room.  Jay Serrano  is charming, intelligent and articulate.  

It is a real treat to spend time with the both of them.  For all of us who seek a balanced individual and desire a Judge who will not crack under pressure, Christy Sanchez  definitely is one we should all speak to.  As a Judge one must perceive all circumstances in each individual case with only moments to make a decision that will affect a life forever.  The world will always be a better place with the right person in the right position.  Christy Sanchez  brings diversity  integrity, leadership and right decision making to this election season.  When one has her own life in order,  then that one can be responsible to make a life altering decision in the 18^th Circuit Court, Group 23.
