WEST MELBOURNE, Florida -- Brevard County Parks & Recreation and the Friends of Erna Nixon Park will host the 3rd annual Art and Animals in the Park event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, at Erna Nixon Park, 1200 Evans Road, in West Melbourne.
Art in the Park will provide an opportunity to stroll through one of Brevard County’s hidden gems and view locally made art focused on the beauty of nature. Participating artists and photographers will be in attendance to display, sell, and talk to the public about their nature themed art. A silent auction will feature pieces donated by artists and photographers. Food will be available for purchase. There will also be animal groups on hand giving presentations throughout the event.
